I really like Olax Master Roofing. They were very prompt and efficient. The only way it could have been better: - The roofing crew didn't seem completely briefed on what we had agreed with Jim as to what the job entailed. - The logistics for removing the trailer afterward could have been smoother. But I know that the company was committed to address any issues that were encountered until we were completely satisfied.

They worked with my insurance company to resolve problems with my coverage. They kept at it to get me the best deal. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. The crew was courteous and worked long hours to get it done in cold weather. Iâ d recommend them.

I worked with Jim at Olax throughout the roof installation process from coming out to quote me to makings sure I was satisfied with the finished product. He was very helpful in answering any of my questions and would highly recommend working with him. The crew came out on a Friday afternoon and were finished by Friday evening. Very pleased with the work done. Thanks!

Poor customer service!

No complaints for the most part, a couple of minor issues yet to be addressed but I'm confident they will handle. The crew performed the job starting on a Friday, showed up again on Saturday and told us they would be back on Sunday to finish up. Sunday came and went, no Olax, no calls, nothing. They did show up on Monday to finish up but that costs them minus 1/2 star in my book. They did a good job of clean-up each day, no complaints there. The big one for me was the financing claim. Their quote stated "Est Monthly payment XXX/month Based on, 6%APR for 144 months, many other options available including 0% options, 180 month options etc." If 0% money is available I'm going to take it rather than use my own money! Buyer Beware - I literally spent days trying to get the financing worked out!! Be aware, if you want to finance your roofing project with Olax, you are going to be on your own for doing all the work. Olax gives you a link to a "get Financing" website and that's it. I was unable to find any 0% options other than introductory rate credit cards with $5K to $10K limits. If you then use a credit card Olax charges you an additional 3% so it's not really 0% is it? A very frustrating experience to say the least. Olax needs to have a point person to contact on financing. My salesman was a good guy but he didn't have much to offer as help on any financing questions or issues. Minus 1 star for all the aggravation with this aspect of the job and I'm being generous!

Very pleased with my roofing project. After selecting Olax Master Roofing, I worked with Alan to finalize the contract and decide on a timeframe for the work to begin. From that point everything from the delivery of supplies, installation of roof and clean-up was as scheduled and performed very professionally.

Very professional and punctual. Work was performed in a timely manner even with issues that couldn't have been known until the initial start of work ultimately making tear off more difficult. All in all an excellent job done, well worth the money, would gladly use again in the future and highly recommend.

Alan and his crew were awesome. Everything was done as I expected and even more. I will definitely hire this company for future projects. Thanks for a very comfortable experience.

I got several bids for my roofing project. I went with Olaf because I appreciate the honest bid, and the very thorough inspection of my roof. Alan got up in the attic, took pictures and showed me exactly what needed to be done. The crew worked for two straight days, the roof looks great and the clean up was super. Polite and very informative, no pressure which I very much appreciated after being contacted by some other companies. Patient and very accommodating with my questions. The team did a great job removing the old shingles, installing the new roof, and cleaning up after the job. They completed the job on time and I think went above and beyond to provide us with a safe and clean roofing system. Thank you Alan.

Alan and his team did a great job on our new roof installation. He was up front and transparent on costs and pricing, and his roofers did a great job with installing the roof as well as cleanup after the job was done. I would say they went above and beyond what one would normally expect these days from contractors. One example is they installed proper roof vents for things like our kitchen range hood that had not been there previously. The guys added these extra little details without having to ask, or charging us extra for them. The price was fair, they worked quickly, and they delivered an above average finished product. I would highly recommend Alan and his guys to anyone looking for roof work, and I would definitely use them again myself in the future.

From the beginning the owner Alan, was super responsive & polite . Other companies I contacted wanted to come into my home and give a big sales pitch & show me a million shingles samples before even giving a quote . No thanks-not during covid! Alan is to the point and knows his trade. He even got up on the roof and took multiple pictures to show the current state of the roof before the job. Great customer service and fair price as compared to other estimates. Highly recommended!

Came when they said they would come. Left the job as clean as it was before starting. Properly added a ridge vent over the garage when there wasn't one to begin with, all without me realizing it. Very please with the roof.

Did an excellent job on roof replacement. Worked quickly, surrounding area left clean, no nails, etc. left in the grass to find later, after tear-off. Easy to work with. Fair price.

We had a leak around our chimney we needed repaired. Hired Olax to come take a look and they told us we needed the flashing repaired. Haven t had an issue since. They were very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend
