I appreciated that he was able to apply a termite barrier that will last an estimated 15 years. It was a one and done service. Yay! I also liked that he was able to get me an estimate with the exterior measurements of the home. It was adjusted upon arrival but I had a good idea of the cost before he arrived. Very happy about that. Finally, the day he came was the day of service. No waiting or checking calendars for another visit. Again, yay! Needless to say, I'm very happy that Angi connected me to Old Bay!! Five stars!!

I contacted other companies for estimates. In that process, I emailed Old Bay Pest Control multiple times for clarification about their estimate. Ryan, the owner, always emailed me back in a timely manner, always with a friendly and helpful disposition. I appreciate that he never appeared annoyed with my inquiries. In the end, his was the best estimate by far, so I gladly selected him. He was prompt, and completed the job exactly when he said he would. All the while, friendly and informative. Ryan gives a good example about how a business should be run. I will recommend him to others.

I contacted Old Bay Pest Control last summer because the mosquitoes and bees were so bad that we couldnâ t even sit outside. Ryan the owner was very professional and polite. The customer service that they provide is outstanding. My grandchildren were so happy to be able to get in the pool and not get bite by mosquitoes. They really saved the whole summer with their exceptional service. Then in the fall we had a mice problem. I hate mice. We live across from the woods so it can be a problem. Ryan was fast and very efficient at taking care of this awful problem. After just one visit the mice were gone . Not to mention that their prices are very competitive. We couldnâ t have been happier with the service we received from Old Bay Pest Control. We highly recommend them.

Although my review is quite late, I wanted to thank Old Bay Pest Control for finding an issue on my roof that no other exterminator found that remedied the issue I was having in my attic. They were thorough, reasonably priced, and so pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
