they took the payment, I never got the job and they never provided a refund.

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. I am currently obtaining a lawyer after they collected money for work not completed. DO NOT LET THEM MAKE DESIGN DECISIONS. I ended up having to direct the workers to use a lamenated beam so they could remove the posts they put directly in front of my waterview. DO NOT CONTRACT OLD BAY REMODELING. You will be sorry

I hired Old Bay before May 1, 2021. Nothing was even close to started before Aug 23, 2021 and it has still been a struggle to get my project moving forward. There is one delay after another, never any apologies (must be Mr. Jerome's customer service belief), never any real explanation except I'll get back with you. Now, I have my old deck demo'd, 3/4 of a new frame built then they can't get delivery of any more supplies. These supplies mind you were selected early in my contract of materials they suggested were available due to local supply, they had contacts and relationships. Now, they can't get those supplies so NOTHING has been done for 3 weeks after stating my delivery would occur on Sept 27, 2021. NO good explanation of the delays with beautiful building weather passing us by. The work that has been done is very good, but I don't need an old fishing pier in the back of my house, I paid for a deck you could stand on! WTF! I cannot recommend Old Bay for their inattentiveness and poor management. I know my project is not the only issue they are not resolving.

The crew came in and did a full demo and rebuild in our basement in just about two weeks time and gave us exactly what we asked for. We have hired them to build an addition of our house as well which is still waiting in permits so there's more to come!

Cannot say enough great things about our experience this spring with Old Bay Remodeling. We were so nervous about taking on the renovation of our kitchen and family room that we delayed doing it for years. Now that it is done, we wish we had done it years ago. Every single day, we walk into our kitchen and family room and absolutely marvel about how much we love it. They were the most fabulous, talented designers that we ever could have worked with. They made a process that we thought was going to be overwhelming actually fun!! Their attention to detail and their suggestions and guidance helped us to make selections that created an end result that our friends and family, along with us continue to compliment and be in awe over. In addition to the fabulous design team that we worked with we cannot overlook the outstanding job done by our site superintendent. From the first visit to our home, they helped to ease any concerns we had about facing this gigantic project. He scheduled all of the trades to perfection, there was hardly any down time. We could not believe how smoothly he was able to get one trade in after another to keep things moving along so well. His daily email updates were also comforting as it allowed us to be informed about every step of the process even though we were at work all day. We were also incredibly impressed with how great each and every subcontractor was that came into our home. Each one was polite, professional and did an outstanding job of cleaning up after each day of work. Without hesitation, we would recommend Old Bay Remodeling to anyone that is looking to take on any type of remodeling project.

I paid for services to remodel my home to the Old Bay Remodeling Company. I was ecstatic and excited to work with them as I had heard great reviews from previous customers. They were very patient in incorporating my designs and ideas without imposing theirs on mine, which I greatly appreciated. It also helped me create the vision I wanted for my home, and I was satisfied with the outcome. The company also wasted no great deal of time before they started actively working on the project. They did my basement and bathroom in about a 3-weeks timeframe which was faster than I had expected. The people they sent over to work with me on my home were very reliable, hardworking, and open-minded, and that made the entire process feel magical. I believe the decisions I made on investing in my house will change my life forever. It is a beautiful space to calm my nerves and enjoy life. The modifications to my home made the area attractive and changed the entire atmosphere inside it. I now appreciate my new basement design better because I can use it for several purposes instead of the whole space going to waste. My contemporary bathroom is much spacious and gives off the desired effect I wanted. However, the permitting process of plumbing took longer than expected, making the whole process delay. However, the company acted swiftly, and we got back into the initial timetable of activities. I was generally happy with their work, and I would collaborate with Old Bay Remodeling Company again in future projects. The company is trustworthy and delivers on its promises. It is also legit and does good work on your house that would last for a long time. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to renovate or give their home a new look.

The team was very efficient, fast work with excellent end result. Alex was working every day to make sure the basement was completed on time and always followed up to confirm details to make sure it turned out perfectly. Look forward to using them in the future for more projects!

Professional and timely work. Jon, Project Manager, was great to work with. He was responsive to questions/concerns, was onsite at the beginning and ending of the work and several times in between. He worked with me in moving contents out and back in to the house. Jose, Contractor, was awesome. He was professional and courteous but, most importantly, his work was meticulous.

Didn?t show up for an appointment.

They did exactly what I wanted and did it well. But they didn’t always update me as to when they would arrive. I talked to the supervisor who said he was working on it. I hope so because I have other projects coming up and would hope to use them again

My girlfriend had been trying to get me to remodel my bathroom since we first met. After about a year of us being together, she moved in, and started complaining about it so much that I had no choice but to do everything over. She was looking online on Yelp, and that's where she found Old Bay Remodeling. They had like 150 pictures on there of jobs that they'd done to previous residences. We started to scroll down and saw several of the bathrooms that they'd done for other people, and she eventually talked me into calling them.  What bothered me the most was my tub. It had been in this apartment since I moved in a couple of years back, and started out with a small crack in it along the wall. As time went on, it grew larger and larger, until eventually it was noticeable to anyone who walked in the restroom. It was so embarrassing that, when I had company, I would just close the shower curtain and hope they wouldn't peek in if they had to use my facilities. My girlfriend was normally the person that came over the most, and she was the first person to catch me trying to hide it. I also needed them to do some painting for me in there and make it a different color, being that there was now a lady in the house with me.  The main reason I didn't want to call anybody to remodel it was because I'm on a budget. But the best thing that I found out about Old Bay Remodeling is the fact that they would work with me by letting me finance the whole bathroom renovation project. For my bathroom, it only cost me like $100 a month. When I first started talking to Desiree, the office manager, I knew for a fact that I was going to enjoy working with this company because of how nice she was and how pleasantly she treated me and my girlfriend (my girl asks a lot of weird questions, and Desiree had a lot of patience!)  There was only one instance when the guys had to leave and go to Home Depot a couple of times during one visit, so it ended up taking almost half the day, and the job normally only took a couple of hours. But, other than that, they were always on time every day at 9:00 a.m., they were always nice, respectful, and just really did a superb job on my bathroom renovation without a lot of headache in the process.  All in all, when I look at how reasonably priced they were, and how good of a job they did, as well as the customer service they provided, I'd recommend Old Bay Remodeling to just about anybody who needs their services, especially if it's a bathroom. Now my girl's trying to talk me into letting them do the kitchen!

This is the second project we have hired Old Bay Remodeling to complete. The guys arrived early and replaced a large portion of our damaged retaining wall with quality craftsmanship and they also replaced several driveway timbers according to our specifications. Highly recommended!

These guys do really quality and professional work, and listened to every detail of what my wife and I requested. We now have a new shower with beautiful tile and grout work done, new tile floors, marble countertops, and a new toilet. I spent a while looking for remodeling services in the Severna Park, MD area and read other good reviews about old bay. I was going to do the work myself as I am capable, although a novice in carpentry/remodeling, but I am glad I let the pros do the job. The detail of the tile work and installation of the new fixtures was really impressive, I admit it is much better work than I could have done. The caulking job around the shower and sink edges is awesome, never seen such a perfect bead; and . They left no mess in the house and I could barely tell they were there. Would give four and a half stars because they rescheduled our first appointment which delayed the remodel by about a week. Despite the inconvenience, they were very communicative and professional. I would recommend working with Mike and his crew to anyone looking for a quality bathroom remodel.

The estimator was trying to be folksy/friendly, showed us many pictures in his big book, and quoted a price for the bathroom. The emailed estimate was $2000 higher, and had not taken any of our preferences into account.

Very happy with the New Bathroom that Old Bay Remolding built for us. They were big on covering up and cleaning everything up after themselves. The only minor complaint is they did move us around with scheduling a couple of times. I think that was because of the materials not being delivered on time and all that. So I would give them a pass on that because of the CVID crisis

These guys were great. No complaints. Jerome himself is a realtor and understands my anxiety about getting my house ready to list for sale, and they worked fast and efficiently. Mike did control the job right from the start to finish. Make sure you have everything in writing before they start. If something is not in the contract, there will be change order and that is going to cost money and push dates out further.

Kevin from the Old Bay Remodeling team did an amazing job to install a shower system for us. The work is done with care and Kevin did make sure that there was no leaking and other potential problems associated with the installation. The Old Bay Remodeling team is very responsive and helpful to any questions that I had and they patiently guide me through everything including scheduling and payment. Before calling Old Bay Remodeling, I called several other handyman companies and they either responded with a couple days delay or they never followed up with me. I never encountered such issues with Old Bay Remodeling, and they immediately schedule an estimate and performed installation right on time so everything is done within three days. I am very impressed with the Old Bay Remodeling team, and I will definitely recommend them to others who need their home remodelled.

I had movers moving boxes and a couch into the room while it was being painted. The two painters were very understanding and total professionals. They even repaired a spot the movers damaged. Plus, the paint job looks great!

Prompt response to my initial call and the serviceman arrived on schedule after contacting me. The job was completed and looks good.

Great job by the company. From beginning til end. I'll hire them again. They can do a lot of repairs.

This was my first experience with Old Bay, and we are planning our next project.

Absolutely Wonderful experience and finish work from Old Bay Remdoeling. We had Old Bay Remodeling do three separate projects for us and ALL of them were done on time and on budget. We had a full bathroom renovation, which was a complete gut right down to the studs, then a full pantry demo, remodel and custom cabinets put it, and last a full front patio addition. The craftsmanship is top notch and all the crew was respectful, clean, and hard working. Their pricing was extremely competitive and their team was wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend this company and will continue to recommend to my friends and neighbors. Very very happy with the work they did. A+++
