Rodent Pest Control Service
Hired and paid this guy for his initial pest control set up visit. Was promised regular monthly followup visits (at extra cost) but never heard from him. Repeatedly called, emailed and Facebook messenger inquiries, all were ignored. Had to start over with a new company and pay another initial charge. Took a chance with a fellow veteran just starting his new business. Mistake. Ignoring requests for follow ups from customers is just not acceptable.
