My experience has been very positive with this company. They are prompt, attentive, and flexible. They also do not mind being around animals.

She has worked for me for several years and she is very reliable.

No showed and came late 2 of 3 scheduled times. Unreliable scheduling. Conveyed a price of $120, cleaned my house one time for that rate, and there were issues with the cleaning but I decided to give them a 2nd chance. When I shared my feedback, I experienced the same issues and they had doubled the fee with no additional cleaning and no advance notice of the price change.

Connie and Tina are amazing! Very professional, personable and hard-working. I've used many cleaning services over the years and they far exceeded all others. So far I've had them for an initial cleaning but they will be coming back and I could not be more thrilled to have found them! They arrived on time, got straight to work - no corner was overlooked. Even dusting inside my china cabinet (which gets dusty with 3 pets!). They did things that no one else has ever done - such as the china cabinet, cleaning the front and back glass storm doors, vacuuming the bedding to remove all the pet hair, cleaning under furniture rather than just around it. It was such a pleasure to come home to a pristine house. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

Connie & Tina cleaned the house I was moving out of in November before I put it on the market. I called them before moving into my new place. It is a 17 year old townhouse and they got it "new construction" clean! They must go through a lot of toothbrushes because they used them to get every nook and cranny sparkling! As Connie says - they like to hit the places most people don't think of - under the shelf above the sink, the seams of the dishwasher :) Thank you Tina for getting the master shower so clean that I don't have to have it replaced right away. I highly recommend Connie and her crew!

So far, so good. I've hired Old Fashioned Maids for bi-weekly service and they have cleaned only once, but what I've seen so far is impressive. We've had cleaning services before, but no one else was this efficient and thorough. Here's hoping it stays this way!
