Excellent service, and very thorough inspection. The house we were buying was less than 15 years old, but Patrick uncovered a surprising number of issues with it. Many small ones that aren't a big deal but good to know about (inoperable bathroom drains, leaky faucets, wonky thermostats), some potentially more serious ones, like a furnace not working to specifications, and some very significant ones (poor external drainage potentially impacting the foundation, retaining walls, and structure of the home). He took the time to explain his findings in person, was very clear on where his expertise starts and ends, and made some recommendations about how to further research the issues he found. He also turned around his report very quickly after seeing the home, which is helpful when you're under contract and have a deadline to make decisions. I came away confident I knew the condition of the home, and I felt like his inspection saved us from making a potentially expensive mistake. Will use him again for sure.
