Kent is exactly the inspector you want. Experienced, no nonsense, and thorough. Gave a very detailed report with photos and even stayed late to talk over his findings after he had looked at the house. I have absolute confidence in him.

I can't recommend Kent enough! One year ago I purchased my first house it was a new construction i had a few people (of course including the builder) tell me not to worry about a home inspection since everything has to be up to current code I'm glad i didn't listen to them. Kent thoroughly went over the house and found 5 pages of issues that needed to be resolved before closing and thats just the inspection summery. He also completed my one year follow up inspection this month and had another page of warranty repairs that needed to be done. A great investment for peace of mind on new construction! Kent is professional and has the experience needed to get the job done right!

Kent showed up earlier than set up time. He explained first the scope of the work that he has to do before he started the inspection of the house. When he's done with the inspection, he discussed everything he found out and what are the things we need to be concerned of which gave us more idea and knowledge of the house condition. He is very nice and helpful and did a great job!

Kent was quick to respond to my work request and phone call, and managed to work me in at a time that was convenient to my work schedule. He arrived early, performed an exterior inspection, and did a very thorough walk-through of the home. I felt that his verbal explanation was more than sufficient, and the printed report with photos was very well presented and explained. Very pleased with the price, as well. Overall, I'd recommend him to everyone, and will hire him to do any future inspections we need.

Kent provided good details and made sure I understood what action needed to be taken with included consequences. His price is outstanding and I would recommend him to any home buyer in the area. My real estate agent even said she would be using him as a reference from now on!

Kent was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and we really liked that in his inspection report, he added little arrows on the photos, to better point out what we were looking at in the inspection. His written report was very detailed, and we will be using it as our 'to do' list once we move into our new home.
