I was treated with great respect and care which is rare in this or any other industry these days and counts for a lot. I believe I was given a fair price and the work was done professionally.

They came late and worked late. The workmen did not have the proper tools to do the job...I furnished tools. Photos were taken of the moldy areas but it several weeks to get photos. The written documentation of what was done and the effects of the mold has never materialized in spite of numerous phone call messages left and emails sent. Fortunately my insurance company sent someone to check out the damage and my claim was in process before the photos arrived. I also got the insurance check in spite of not having Hydro-Statics documentation of what caused the damage what they did in remediation. The cost was $3,250.

Matt was great to work with. He was very nice and when he could be at the appointed time, he called to let us know. He had the same bad weather situation that we had. The work he did was fast and the clean-up was complete. I would recommend him to anyone.
