Ivan and crew performed new stucco and stucco repair work on our house, pool house, perimeter wall, and barn. Work quality exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed during periods of weather delays. Ivan and his crew was attentive to my project concerns. Final job site cleanup was excellent! Ivan and crew did an exceptional job, and I would use them again for future masonry repairs.

They did a great job but they don't answer their phone, you have to leave a message then they will call back , they don't show up when they say they will and they don't call you to let you know.

They did not clean up their work site, had cracks within 90 days they said that there was nothing they could do and when they painted the trim spilled paint on what was a good stucco job. They did come out and looked at our concerns said they would finish things the following week but that was a year ago, no show. I would say that they could do good work but donât pay them till all is done to your satisfaction. The one year warranty apparently does not cover cracks, had some else fix them.

They were prompt, did the job very efficiently and I love the results. My Parapets were crumbling in a major way. Two of them removed the crumbling stucco and replaced using synthetic materials that are more modern. Their price came in at half of the other estimate I received from another contractor.

Work appears to done right. I am 82 yrs old and can't get on the roof to check. Difficult to talk to workers and explain what I wanted done. They only speak Spanish. After the estimate until the pay check, no English was spoken. Manager should be on site at some time during the work to communicate to the owner.

Had an excellent experience. They were prompt, efficient and most accommodating. Javier and Omar were very good to work with. I would recommend Old Pueblo to anyone with a smaller stucco repair such as ours.

Excellent work done. Crew are hard workers and were fast. It ended up costing more than the original estimate however they did catch and repair all the cracks in the stucco around the home.

They suck.Did many things wrong I had to fix.Covered door bell bracket's,covered outside light outlet.covered part of our new window frame with stucco.Didn't stucco place's they should have.Got stucco everywhere,including the door frame.Left trash,nails and wire everywhere.Had to get stucco patch to cover the gaps they left in the walls.Wish I would have gone $200 more and hired the other guy.They just try to get it done a fast as possible,so they can go to their commercial client's where their real money is.Customer support weak after you pay them.Would never hire them again,obviously!

"We at the Old Pueblo Stucco repair team, just want to comment that we are sorry that you feel that way and want to address the issues at hand. First. we did not use any wire nor nails to perform the stucco repairs as there was no wire lath installation. Also, we only used an acrylic polymer base coat to repair the cracks on the walls. Furthermore. when you contacted us for customer support, we answered your requests immediately so that we can correct any deficiencies. So we don`t understand where the weak customer support comes from. We are meeting with you to resolve any issues as we always warrant our services with a1-year warranty."

Poor communication.Was told they would be here on a Thurs. to start the job,but showed up Wed. instead without notice.Then they were suppose to come back Saturday to finish,but never showed or called.Showed up Monday without notice.Never knew when they were going to be here.You had to guess.Emailed Julio for a receipt for the work I paid for along with a question about the stucco,but got no reply.I kept getting the feeling he sub-contracted the job,though could be wrong.Poor cleanup after the job was done.Soda can,cigarette pack,wire,staples,nails on the roof and around the yard.out of room!
