It was a simple repair job on the doorknob. The repairman found the innards of the knob unfixable and bought and installed a new one, showing great generosity.

Gilbert was right on time (so nice to have a specific appointment time rather than a three-hour window!). He was very professional and figured out how to fix rather than replace our broken French door. Took the time to explain what the issues were before starting the work.

Gil "fixed" sliding glass door (2nd door to be repaired) by adjusting something on the bottom of the door. After he left I tried to open the door and it had come off track and wouldn't budge. Door is unusable. Left a voicemail but didn't get a return call. I paid him extra for the sliding door - would fully expect he would stand behind his work and return. Entered complaint with HomeAdvisor - also no response. Still need to have the door fixed.
