Very good in regards to inspection details along with 35mm pictures for supporting the results to the client. The follow-up was excellent in that the full written report was completed the very next morning. I would recommend "Old School Home Inspections" that need a very detail and complete R/E Inspection service!

John did a very thorough job, reviewing all areas of the house and explaining all points of the inspection. He was knowledgable about the appliances and furnace, made recommendations on maintaince of equipment and home. John was professional when carrying out the inspection.

John was very prompt , professional and very thorough, explained the issues with my chimney and roof leaking. He spent quite a bit of time walking thru my house testing for hot spots and signs of water damage, all the while discussing the procedures to fix the problems. I was thrilled that the inspection revealed my house to be in better condition than i thought. I truly appreciated the fact a new roof was not needed. John, suggested I hire a carpenter do the repairs instead of a roofer. Johns reasoning for this was very sound. Thanks for everything.

Laurie was very professional explained all the things she was doing very polite, thorough, and the price was very reasonable and lets not forget john he was very polite to speak on the phone and fit me in in the last second kudos to the company.
