Very good in regards to inspection details along with 35mm pictures for supporting the results to the client. The follow-up was excellent in that the full written report was completed the very next morning. John did a very thorough job, reviewing all areas of the house and explaining all points of the inspection. He was knowledgable about the appliances and furnace, made recommendations on maintaince of equipment and home. John was professional when carrying out the inspection.

John was very prompt , professional and very thorough, explained the issues with my chimney and roof leaking. He spent quite a bit of time walking thru my house testing for hot spots and signs of water damage, all the while discussing the procedures to fix the problems. I was thrilled that the inspection revealed my house to be in better condition than i thought. I truly appreciated the fact a new roof was not needed. John, suggested I hire a carpenter do the repairs instead of a roofer. Johns reasoning for this was very sound. Thanks for everything.

Incredibly great job with our inspection and such a thorough and professional report. We are very happy with the work. It was a pleasure working with Stuart and John. They were on-time for our appointment and they spent a good deal of time doing the inspection. We think they looked at every square inch of the house. We���re especially thankful that they explained everything to us as we walked with them through the grounds and house. We also appreciate John���s humor.

On time, diligent, thorough, reasonable price

John and Stewart both did an awesome job!!! These guys are very good. They spend well over 3 hours on my 1500 sqft condo. Most important they will explain you everything in a very professional manner. Attached garage or detached garage, does not matter, they will inspect it. In fact for me they even did Redon gas testing. All included in the inspection. And price for all this is very reasonable. I would say you will not get a better price anywhere. I would highly recommend them for any project.
