They might be good with other jobs, but wood floor installation is not one. Paid them $2,245 but had to have the job completely re-done

"Per conversation we had before installing of the wood floors you were informed you should have padding under the floor. You in turn said the supplier told you that you didn?t need it. When floor was finished. You and you wife said you absolutely loved it and gave us a five star review. About a week later you called and told us you wanted the padding. I told you I could take up the floor and add the padding and reinstall floor. I just had to work up a price and I would be fair on the pricing. Even though it was going to be a lot more extra work for us. At the time of that conversation I had injured my leg and told you it would be a bit before"

I was very pleased with Old West Restoration. Once I began looking for repair professionals I was immediately contacted by Tony. I supplied him with photographs of the problem area and he indicated it would be a routine job. We agreed on a date and price. The day prior to the repair he called to confirm my availability. Tony and his crew arrived early, examined the problem area and commenced work. The repair was completed expeditiously. I was thoroughly delighted with the professionalism and expertise Tony and Old West Restoration provided.

They completed the work as discussed, but did not clean up the areas they worked in, leaving me to clean everything up. They were courteous and professional but would have liked them to do a better job with cleanup
