I scheduled an appointment with Vlad on Friday October 25th for Monday October 28th. Vlad was a no call no show, I called to follow up with him and he or nobody else returned my phone call. Bad way to run a business.

Vlad responded to my request promptly and set up a time to see the issue with my roof and provide a quote. Vlad arrived on time and was prepared to proceed with the work. He provided a very reasonable price, I accepted and he completed the work immediately.
