Vlad, the owner, was friendly, easy to contact, returned calls and was prompt to come. Saved us lots of money. Got a previous estimate and were told we needed a new skylight due to leakage. We were prepared to replace it but wanted another estimate. Vlad said he didn't think we needed a new one and was confident he could repair it. That caught us by surprise. He came, did his thing and was confident he fixed the leak. Time and a heavy rainstorm will confirm that. Told us if we have any problems to call him. Will update our review if we have any problems. As for now he gets a thumbs up.

He was at my home in less than an hour and repaired flashing in less than 2 hours. This made me at ease considering i was out of state. Vlad sent me before and after photos that same evening. I will recommend him for quick response, finding solution within minutes, and putting me at ease with billing arrangements and photos
