"We here at Olde Colony wanted to repond to this review as soon as possible, as this is the ONLY review on all of HomeAdvisor less than 4 stars that we have EVER received. As everyone can probably guess, the COVID-19 Pandemic has been an enormous challange for countless businesses, but through these unpreceded times, we have tried to keep up with our service calls as best as humanly possible and always send out annal reminder cards. If you need your system serviced, please don't hesitate to call our office. Our answering service is on 24/7 and we will do our very best to accomodate you. All calls are booked on a first-come-first serve basis and annual services are booked at a rate of $157.50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours."
