Brian came out immediately, assessed the issue, found the circuit board was bad on my Lift Master opener. He ordered new board, on Friday, it arrived the following Friday late evening and he was here first thing on Saturday morning and installed. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; he is someone I would hire again without hesitation.

Brian did a very good job. He was on time, cleaned up after the installation. Finished the job in 2 1/2 hours, less than th 3 hours he told me. A quality door at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Olderog to anyone needing to replace a residential garage door. They have a great selection from plain to high end.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday and I could not open the door. Filled out info on HomeAdvisor not expecting a call until Monday but I was contacted within 10 minutes. Tech offered to come fix it on Sunday afternoon rather than Monday morning with no weekend up charge. Arrived in a half hour and had both springs on my door replaced in 45 minutes. He even adjusted my garage door opener at no extra charge. Fast, efficient, courteous and affordable. Definitely will use again if I have any other garage door problems in the future.
