They used a snake to try to clear the main sewer line. It wasn't powerful enough to get through the tree roots, but tried to convince me it was exactly the right machine and that the line had collapsed, and I needed 20 ft. of new line. They didn't respond back to a message I left asking them to come back with a larger machine the next day. Instead, they left me a message asking me to call about the quote for replacing the line. I never heard from them again, which tells me they know they are in the wrong. The train was quickly cleared by another plumber, and MSD sent their cameras down and saw no collapse.

"This is a classic example of, in medical terminology, treating the symptom instead of the disease. We could have simply charged him to unclog the drain and waited for it to happen again but that would not have fixed the problem. My employees are taught to do what is in the best interest of the client, not take the money and run. The client will have to replace the line eventually when he tires of paying to have it cleaned. MSD does not run the camera down the sewer line you are responsible for."

They were very friendly, able to get to my project quickly. Completed in the time estimated, and at the cost estimated. I'm very happy with the completed work! Cheaper than others I had do an estimate.

Our contractor took their time to explain what was needed along the way, and helped us make the right changes to our setup to get our water pressure up - they completley removed all the old rusting pipe and water heater and replaced with new, works great and at a very reasonable price.
