Oleson Concrete

I have had excellent quality concrete work done, when it was promised, and to the very high degree of quality that I require.

Mr. Oleson came out and gave me a verbal price for the job that I needed to be done. I asked if he would be sending a written bid he said yes. I waited over a month and called him and got his voice mail and left a message requesting a written bid. Waited another week on July 15th I texted him and requested a written bid he said he would get back with me that night. Today is August 5th have not heard anything from Mr. Oleson. I am going with Snake River Concrete the owner Ty came and gave me a bid Friday, August 1st sent me a bid the next morning August 2nd. Cost to do the job less than Mr. Oleson verbal bid. Better customer service from Snake River Concrete.

Project: Repair/replace sidewalk from street level, to porch, at front of house. When job started in early April, concrete truck severely damaged lawn, broke sprinkler system. Wyatt acknowledged damage, stated that he would be out in a few days to have lawn repaired. He did not put steps from porch to sidewalk, on one side, when brought to his attention. I wanted for the concrete for the porch to cure. When he came out to place steps, the excessive slope of steps, at the street end of sidewalk (the slope of the individual steps are dangerous) , and sprinkler system damage was brought to his attention. He said he would remedy them, when he came out to restore porch railings he removed, in a few days. He stated he would replace the railings for an additional cost, then charged in excess of three times as much. He has not returned calls left on his voice mail, when I was able to reach him via phone, each time he stated that he was about to call me, and tell me that he would be out in a few days, or next week, to complete the job, remedy the damage, cure the excessive slope of the steps needed. He has not cured the deficiencies, replaced the porch railings, or repaired the damage to my property done in early April, despite several statements that he would. As stated above, he has not returned my calls of inquiry, he was personable to deal with originally.
