Maid Service
I had not had a maid service for several months, so when a deep cleaning service was recommended by Olga for my house (cost $285.00), I agreed. She came with 2 other ladies, and I was pleased with the cleaning initially, as I looked briefly through the house, but as I was putting things away and finishing getting ready for company to visit, I found several areas that were not dusted, baseboards that should have been cleaned as part of the deep cleaning, windows not washed, headboards not dusted, tops of cabinets (eye level) not dusted, the top of the fridge not wiped off, the inside of a closet not cleaned that I had specifically asked to be wiped down not done. I sent Olga a text, citing what had not been done and asking her to correct this the next a.m. prior to my company arriving. She texted me that her lady said she had cleaned the top of the fridge and I never heard back from her. I generously tipped each lady who cleaned my house. I did not get the deep cleaning I was billed for and paid, and will not recommend her or use her services again.
