Clarence and his guys were on time even a bit early. They worked fast and cared about the quality and finished product. I would recommend then. I will hire then again with no hesitation. Explained the process and the price which good.

Clarence came out to look at my damaged mailbox rack on Monday and the project was completed Tuesday morning. The job was very well done, and they cleaned up the site and left the area nice and neat.

Tore down an old, attached sauna & built the ultimate "she shed" for me. As a small, single woman I appreciate that Clarence actually listened to me, held my hand through the process of picking out doors and windows, made sure I was happy every step of the way, and cleaned the entire area when they were through. Prompt, Finished in very good time and extremely honest ~ I already have them scheduled to come back for more home repairs.

Olhausen was prompt, flexible, showed up on time and did an excellent job. I was able to work with them from a remote location (north slope) while they worked on my duplex. They managed their time very well and worked quickly to get the work done in a quality manner. They fixed ~500 sq. ft of subflooring for me in a little over 2 days.

Wonderfully customer service. Projects completed before estimated dates. Virsitile, jack of many trades. After seeing what they could do and how quickly and professionally they did it, I hired them for several other projects including a beautiful outdoor deck. I am already planning on more projects for them for the next year. I have been recommending them to everyone who asks about the work done on my home.

Regrouted the kitchen floor and then we hired them the next week to paint several rooms and put in new base trim. Very friendly. Budget was reasonable. Completed the work on schedule, always kept us updated on progress. Addressed every issue. Highly recommend.

They came and installed the wood fence in a timely manner and kept the cost within my budget. I would recommend them for dry wall and framing as well because they had also helped with some repair work in my basement and it looks great

Clarence and his crew did a great job. He installed three new egress windows and a new front window, new framing, siding, sheetrock as well as some attic insulation installation. He worked quickly, cleanly, and addressed every issue that was brought up. I will definitely recommend and use Clarence for future work.

They built a wonderful wood deck and walkway for me , also did other deck repairs. Mr Olhausen was always punctual and did a fabulous job. He began the job when promised and finessed in good time keeping the site clean when he left. I would highly reccomed him and his helpers.

Olhausen worked with me to design and construct a new front entry landing with a ramp and steps. Clarence obtained the building permit and made requested modifications as the project progressed. He made use of materials I had and lumber I could purchase at a discount. Our contract was for a total fixed labor project price that didn't change despite changes in the design I requested throughout the project. He and his colleague, Randall George, did excellent, professional work in an amicable fashion. Clarence topped off his good work by giving us some excellent smoked salmon salad prepared by his spouse. My wife and I are very pleased with the work done and believe Clarence to be a dependable professional of exceptional integrity. I highly recommend him.
