Olin Dillard, Inc.

I've been working with Olin Dillard from Braselton GA. He has been doing renovation on my house in Braselton GA, he has been doing an excellent job so far. He has been on time, the house is always clean when he finishes for the day, his estimate and things fell right into line. If it came out of estimate it's because we chose some stuff that he didn't provide, but other than that, he is an excellent, excellent builder.

Overall I am very pleased with my screened porch. The only issue I had through the whole project that was not easily remedied was the concrete work. I had a patio poured on one side of the porch and a sidewalk to my garage on the other. Both of these were not where I wanted them. This caused issues with the lanscaping and finishing projects that I was going to do after the porch was completed. The porch itself is beautiful. I like that Olin had the ceiling and kneewalls insulated and the openings for the screens standard window sizes so if I decide at a later date to install glass and change it to a sunroom it will be an easy conversion.

We hired Mr. Dillard's company to widen our bathroom door and put in a pocket door to accommodate our daughter's wheelchair. That also meant one wall had to be torn down to frame for the new door. His company also coordinated getting a celing mounted bathtub lift installed. Once they started on the job they showed up everyday until the job was finished. Everything was done to our expectations, even down to the clean-up every day. Mr. Dillard and his employee Mark were wonderful to work with, and answered our many questions with lots of patience! I would highly recommend Olin Dillard for any kind of remodeling job you have!
