did great job but hasn't answered my calls for a tile repair

I was given a price for a 6-7 hour job that took 3 hours and no price adjustment. The work was good but needed a second visit for some touch ups on the grout. Even with a "lifetime" guarantee, after many phone calls and being stood up 2 times...I give up. I wouldn't recommend this company ever.

This review is long over due, the job was completed in 6/2015. Tom and crew Jimmy were fantastic overall!!! Very surprised to see unfavorable reviews. They were experienced, professional,reliable and clean. They did a beautiful job I love my floor and moldings,I would definitely hire them again !!!

Great and very timly service. Good pricing and easy to work with.

He left our house a total mess. He installed chipped tiles and dented my fridge in two spots. The moldings were not nailed properly and the angles were very poorly crafted. I had to replace the HDMI cable because he damaged the box to the point I had to replace the cord. I am not happy with the service I received. I felt that he rushed through the job. When I told him about my concerns, he sent out a second employee that did not address the problems and I had to send them away.

It was a pleasure to deal with a company who I didnt have to chase around. Tom was very reliable, came when he said he would, and did a nice job. Highly recommended!!

Work was done quickly and neatly. Workers were reapectful and my bathroom looks great! Would recommend!

This team is the best ..... from the the boss - Tom Oliva to the tile tech florr installation specialists. I wuld hire them again in a New York minute. They are reliable, responsible and responsive to customer needs.

Very poor service

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves everyday at end of job. Quality workmanship.They were honest and trustworthy.Would have them do any tile work for my home or office again without reservation.

Mr.Oliva and Mike (his worker) were both very courteous, timely, neat and they did a beautiful job on my backsplash. They arrived when they said they would, they worked right through until the job was done and left things the way they found them.

They did a great job.

Tom, was great to work with and made excellent suggestions. The installation went exactly as described. All of the men were curtious and left everthing in a clean orrderly fashion. My tiles look great.

The contractor kept to his time schedule.
