He never showed up at the time he stated he would be there and would sometimes disappear for several hours in the middle of the day. But that I could have lived with. The problem was that he was unprepared for the job he agreed to do. He asked to use my tools and my ladder as he did not have one. Even that I could have forgiven, but the quality of the job (cabinet install) was very poor and he was unprepared to deal with any issues that arose. He ended up quitting prior to job completion because I told him that I would not accept an inch wide gap in my cabinets, and I wanted them level. I don't think that this was an unreasonable request. After he stormed off the job (and then had to return 5 minutes later to get this van keys), I got on the floor and within 10 seconds resolved the issue of the unlevel cabinets (there was a small piece of tile grout under one of the foot to the cabinets. My son and I finished the job, having to redo some of his work to correct mistakes he had made. I would not recommend hiring Manuel.

I'm extremely pleased with the job Manuel did at my house. He did a great job fixing the screen porch door. Also did great on the other jobs I requested. Projects turned out GREAT. I will definitely hire him again. Very polite & clean. Nice guy.
