This Olive Tree Construction, LLC is a fraud. Avoid this company at all costs. I had to open up an investigation. The website, https://www.olivetreepro.com, is not their work at all. I did a contract with them with the promise of services, and the request for our permit to the city of Round Rock. We completed our initial deposit of $13, 650 on 8/31/22. The guy kept telling me that the permit approval may take about four to six weeks. I call Chris several times, but no answer. I called (512) 767-9144 office number many times. The phone does not even ring just hangs up. What is so crazy about it some lady called me about two weeks after our first deposit and told us once the permit approval is complete then we will move to the selection process. We never heard back. It has been close to two months and I have left voice messages and text messages for Chris. but no response. I called the City of Round Rock and also went up there to get more information. To my surprise, no permit request was ever submitted. Now I am out a lot of money with a fake contract. All the home visor reviews that are good are fraudulent. They are using other company reviews. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY CONFUSED WITH OLIVE TREE CUSTOM HOMES, LLC. I would give them zero stars, but the system would not let me. This Chris Lynch person phone number is (210)779-0098. On Facebook, Olive Tree Construction, Chis Lynch is the Sales Director. On Instagram, Olive tree Construction has four pictures posted. Wow... Avoid this scam.

I just wouldn't recommend them, too much to put down.

They were difficult to communicate with; they overpromised and underdelivered. They took a payment of $15,000 and did not deliver the cabinets. They did not return my money 

I liked that Olive Tree provided an ALL-IN-ONE contract to get both our guest bathroom and master bathroom completed. They assisted with the designing but allowed us to make all decisions for the remodel of bathtub, vanity, floors, shower, mirror, and lights. With having kids in our home they also got the remodels done in a timely manner but with good quality.

I greatly appreciate the personal attention to detail and energy that Mitchell and the crew put forth in taking out idea and making it a reality. Most contractors around us quoted almost 2x what Olive Tree quoted. Not only were they able to deliver but they were flexible and understanding of our work from home situation while the construction was happening. I would certainly hire them again. We had the following done: Gutters, hardscaping, tile work, drywall work, electrical, lighting, countertops, cabinets, sinks, installed a tub, installed a shower, demoed the old bathroom + closet and various other custom requests.

I was very happy with the bathroom project once completed. I could tell the experience of each worker as they performed the area of expertise. I have done numerous projects in different homes in the past. The one thing that was bothersome was when a task was scheduled for one day but no one showed. There were a few days where nothing was done which I felt delayed the project. Some workers didn't always clean up after they were done which I did myself but it wasn't a big deal. I like things tiddy. They did forget to cover my furniture which I did myself knowing how much dust would occur. Sometimes its just the little things that make a difference. Any mishaps that happened during the project were immediately corrected. Somethings do happen unexpectedly but I was happy with the overall service.

We had a good experience. Everyone was polite and open to our thoughts and opinions. The project was completed within the time frame discussed.

The olive pro team was great to work with. They were done a lot faster than anticipated. Any issues that arose throughout the process, they took care of quickly. We are very happy with our home renovation and would use them again!

Their work was very professional and completed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with the owners and workers who were sure provide excellent work. I would truly recommend to others.

The only issue I had was the "wait time" for the project to begin. Once the sub contractor was hired, things went smoothly and quickly.

They are hard working, people, dependable and honest .

Project: Bathroom/Shower renovation Working with contractors is always complicated, but the team at Olive Tree complete for me a pretty awesome project at a very competitive price. Working with the subcontractor proved difficult at first, with getting the project started, but Allison was there the whole way making sure that even with any setbacks or delays, the project got done and to my high level of satisfaction. The most important thing to me was quality, and they really nailed my new shower. Allison was great, offering design options that I hadnt even thought of, and I am a bit of a do it yourself kind of guy. Once the project came close to being done, Austin came out to inspect everything, and made sure that I was 100% happy with the work. A few small nitpicky things were fixed asap, and the early difficulties of scheduling (which happen with every contract job) never truly impacted the finished product. I would 100% recommend Olive Tree Construction. Work with Allison or Austin, they were great. I will be calling them for my next project!

They did a quick and quality work. Finished within a day.

Olive tree offers a great experience from start to end. Austin and Chris are actively trying to provide you a personalized customer experience, making sure you get exactly what you need. I had a weird project that I only needed to extend my existing patio 3 feet by 9 feet. At first, the project was not what I was expecting. However, after communicating with Austin my dissatisfaction, the crew was back the next day to re-do the job. I was truly impressed with the care and attention I received from everyone at Olive Tree. They never had a bad attitude or acted as if it wasnâ t their problem that the extension wasnâ t what I was imagining. I highly recommend Olive Tree Construction.

It was and easy process from start to finish I would recommend Oliver Tree for any small or larger projects
