I got this service through Groupon. The number they provided goes directly to a full voicemail. The number available on their site goes to a cell phone that immediately hangs up when you mention their business. I called several times and was eventually left sitting on the phone without them responding for several minutes. They are avoiding customers that have already paid.

Flor was my contact to get the job booked and led the team that came to my home. She was very easy to work with and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. Once on the job she was attentive to details and accepted my special request for some extra tasks not on the usual housecleaning work list. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others.
