Use had been waiting all week for an electrical service person to come. We thought the problem was electrical. When he arrived, he said he could not fix it - call an A/C service company. Olsens were there within an hour and fixed it. It WAS an electrical problem!!

Make himself available right away. The reason for lower value for the money is not related to provided services, but to my lack of knowledge of our home systems. Simply nothing was broken, but emergency switch was accidentally turned off. Still, Mr. Olsen save us a day in heat. Thank you.
