Omgosh, I can't tell you how amazing they are! I'm having them come back every 6 months. I love the orange scent and I hate to admit, I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years and now they look brand new. They are very friendly and respond so quick. Also the prices are so fair!

I was very happy with the results of my clean carpet. I could tell a dog had been in my room. I could not stand the smell. When he had finished he showed how much dog hair they were able to get up. It filled over half of his tube. I plan on having them come back in the summer, and clean it again. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a clean carpet smell.

They were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring a kitchen slate floor. The floor had many years of grime build up and looked a uniform very dark grey color. The kept at it for several hours until the floor looked new. The transformation was amazing as can be seen by the attached pictures of the floor after they cleaned and sealed it. It was very clear they cared a lot about the quality of their work. I will use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Olsen Restoration Carpets. I put in a last-minute request late at night because I had an urgent situation, and they responded almost immediately and accommodated me right away. They showed up first thing in the morning exactly as promised.
I live in an apartment with very old carpet (about 15 years old) and ongoing mold concerns, so I honestly thought the situation was a lost cause. With my mom’s health condition, I just needed to make the space as livable as possible for now. Their team was professional, understanding, and incredibly thorough.
They did an amazing job — the carpet looks dramatically cleaner, stains are gone, and even the pet stains were successfully removed. I was genuinely surprised by the results. Fast response, great service, and real results. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. I'm moving into a new space in Kirkland and the previous tenants did not clean their floors for years. It was filthy with dirt, coffee grime and grease. How could I possibly build a new business on this foundation? So I called in the "pros" and they got the job done with excellence! Definitely recommend OLSEN. Jeremy Olsen came to our home the day I called! Rather than call it a day on a Friday afternoon, he said he would come. He was friendly, worked efficiently and quickly. Having had recent surgeries, I had made coffee spills on my carpet I wanted gone before Thanksgiving. The carpet looks like new and because we were his last job, we had time to chat. Very happy with the prompt response and the deep cleaning on our beige carpets that removed some stains including where coffee has spilled. The cleaning made the the carpets look like new. Highly recommend.
