I was very happy with the results of my clean carpet. I could tell a dog had been in my room. I could not stand the smell. When he had finished he showed how much dog hair they were able to get up. It filled over half of his tube. I plan on having them come back in the summer, and clean it again. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a clean carpet smell.

Excellent work I’ve been in a depression lately and they surely uplifted me with this cleaning. It’s so refreshing to walk in my home. Everyone was so lovely and professional to work with. From the owner of the place to the worker who came. Just wonderful thank you all 10/10 I do recommend.

They were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring a kitchen slate floor. The floor had many years of grime build up and looked a uniform very dark grey color. The kept at it for several hours until the floor looked new. The transformation was amazing as can be seen by the attached pictures of the floor after they cleaned and sealed it. It was very clear they cared a lot about the quality of their work. I will use them again.

They did a better job than anybody I've had before because they used better equipment and they were more thorough. And we had asked them only to do one room, and they did our halls as well. They were very good.

I had an excellent experience with Olsen Restoration Carpets. I put in a last-minute request late at night because I had an urgent situation, and they responded almost immediately and accommodated me right away. They showed up first thing in the morning exactly as promised. I live in an apartment with very old carpet (about 15 years old) and ongoing mold concerns, so I honestly thought the situation was a lost cause. With my mom’s health condition, I just needed to make the space as livable as possible for now. Their team was professional, understanding, and incredibly thorough. They did an amazing job — the carpet looks dramatically cleaner, stains are gone, and even the pet stains were successfully removed. I was genuinely surprised by the results. Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. I'm moving into a new space in Kirkland and the previous tenants did not clean their floors for years. It was filthy with dirt, coffee grime and grease.
