Absolute 5-star service! Jeremy from Olsen Restoration was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. He went above and beyond to make sure our carpets looked and felt brand new. The communication was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you need carpet cleaning in the area, don't hesitate to call them. Highly recommended!

They did a fantastic job deep cleaning my heavily soiled carpet in my snohomish house. It looks good as new. My carpet also had a bad pee odor from my toddlers that I could not get out with the shampoo machine. Olsen got the odor completely removed from my carpet. I’m actually really impressed. I Highly recommend Olsen if you’re looking for a hard working carpet cleaner that goes the extra mile!

Mark came the day after I called which was especially helpful because I was showing this house to potential renters. The previous carpet cleaning by another company was a miserable failure with large dark areas on a white carpet as well as an overall dirty look. Mark had a lot of knowledge and was able to make the carpet look good. I was really pleased and impressed. This company knows what it is doing.

Jeremy did a great job in shampooing my rental property in late July 2026. His communication was prompt and clear. He provided the best rate and delivered the best results. He listened to feedback and went beyond the original scope with patience I will definitely use him again. Thank you very much Jeremy for the great work.

I am a Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX and I was in a bind for time to get a home on the market for sale and needed the carpets cleaned. not Olsen Restoration Carpet Cleaning Service not only fit me in, in a very timely manner, but gave me options as to what level of deep clean we might want. Jeremy was an excellent communicator. He returns calls and calls when there are any questions. He met my deadline and I knew what I was ordering and what it was going to cost us. There were no surprises. Very pleased with the service and I will recommend and hire again.

Needed a very quick carpet clean after the previous tenant used powder deodorizer. They came over quickly and snuck me in at the end of the same day which I appreciate!

Omgosh, I can't tell you how amazing they are! I'm having them come back every 6 months. I love the orange scent and I hate to admit, I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years and now they look brand new. They are very friendly and respond so quick. Also the prices are so fair!

Jeremy, Mark, and Pono did a fabulous job with my carpet cleaning. Customer service was top notch and service was prompt and efficient. The best price in town for my 2600 sqft wall-to-wall carpet was unmatched. My carpet has been revitalized. Thank you Team Olsen. 5 Stars.

I was very happy with the results of my clean carpet. I could tell a dog had been in my room. I could not stand the smell. When he had finished he showed how much dog hair they were able to get up. It filled over half of his tube. I plan on having them come back in the summer, and clean it again. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a clean carpet smell.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
They were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring a kitchen slate floor. The floor had many years of grime build up and looked a uniform very dark grey color. The kept at it for several hours until the floor looked new. The transformation was amazing as can be seen by the attached pictures of the floor after they cleaned and sealed it. It was very clear they cared a lot about the quality of their work. I will use them again.
