Olsen Restoration Carpet Cleaning Services

They did a better job than anybody I've had before because they used better equipment and they were more thorough. And we had asked them only to do one room, and they did our halls as well. They were very good.

I had an excellent experience with Olsen Restoration Carpets. I put in a last-minute request late at night because I had an urgent situation, and they responded almost immediately and accommodated me right away. They showed up first thing in the morning exactly as promised. I live in an apartment with very old carpet (about 15 years old) and ongoing mold concerns, so I honestly thought the situation was a lost cause. With my mom’s health condition, I just needed to make the space as livable as possible for now. Their team was professional, understanding, and incredibly thorough. They did an amazing job — the carpet looks dramatically cleaner, stains are gone, and even the pet stains were successfully removed. I was genuinely surprised by the results. Fast response, great service, and real results. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. I'm moving into a new space in Kirkland and the previous tenants did not clean their floors for years. It was filthy with dirt, coffee grime and grease. How could I possibly build a new business on this foundation? So I called in the "pros" and they got the job done with excellence! Definitely recommend OLSEN. Ask for Jeremy- a good, hardworking business owner.

he was wonderful very fair price

They did a great job in cleaning my carpets.

Available on short notice and provided great service.

Great job cleaning and sealing shower

These guys are fantastic. I never knew our child could look so great. The team is professional, full of expertise, honest, and pleasant to work with!

Jeremy Olsen came to our home the day I called! Rather than call it a day on a Friday afternoon, he said he would come. He was friendly, worked efficiently and quickly. Having had recent surgeries, I had made coffee spills on my carpet I wanted gone before Thanksgiving. The carpet looks like new and because we were his last job, we had time to chat. He is my kind of person, honest, hardworking and I hope much success for his business. Thank you, Jeremy Olsen! Pam Bennetsen

Very happy with the prompt response and the deep cleaning on our beige carpets that removed some stains including where coffee has spilled. The cleaning made the the carpets look like new. Highly recommend.

Jeremy was outstanding! He was the first to call me back, within minutes. He listened to my circumstances; in having to scoot out of town due to a family emergency and understood the stress I was under. He made arrangements to schedule me in the following evening. He went above and beyond! After hours was an exception especially after working several other jobs but kept true to his word! I was moving out of my old unit and needed my carpets professionally cleaned. He did a fantastic job and will definitely use him again in the future! Five stars all the way and would definitely recommend his to other residents. Property Managers or anyone looking for a honest, hard working, licensed, bonded and professional carpet cleaner!!! Thank you Jeremy! I couldn't be happier!

Jeremy was prompt and professional. The work was completed on time and looks great. Highly recommended.

He was very nice and the carpet looked great until it dried completely. All the stains that were there have returned in the same spots, and it shows plainly where I had spot cleaned with Spotshot. It hardly looks like it was cleaned. I'm sorry that this turned out this way and I have meant to call them about this.

I had a very good experience with Olsen Restoration. They were on time, explained what I could expect and got right to work. I am very pleased with results!

I had great experience with these guys. Good pricing, transparent and prompt communication and amazing attention to details.

Olsen did a great job cleaning the carpets for our townhouse! Had some pretty nasty cat urine stains that he put in extra work to get out. We tried to clean it ourselves but seems like we made it worse, he figured out the right chemicals for the job. Thanks!

Got my carpets deep cleaned 2 weeks ago and my carpets turned out perfect!! I had some stains that my personal carpet cleaner wouldn't get out, Olsen's got them out! Also my carpets smell so good even 2 weeks later with a Rottweiler and 2 cats! I'm so amazed how good my carpets look and smell! Plus I loved the swirls that the cleaner made on my carpets. I've have had professional carpet cleaning before but this company outshine and out cleans them!

Jeremy was thorough with the work & kept us updated the entire time he serviced my house. He was very transparent from start to finish & gave great customer service throughout the entire time. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality work at a decent price.

This wall-to-wall carpet is in a two bedroom two bath condo owned by an elderly couple who had a dog and were unable to keep up with the cleaning as needed. He answered my request for a quote promptly and was able to do my service the same day. I have never hired a carpet cleaner before, and was not sure to what degree the carpet would need to be cleaned. It was very dirty and the job required a lot more work than we thought it would. He came in, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned it. I was amazed at the transformation. The job ended up taking quite a bit longer than anticipated, but Mr. Olson was wonderful and did not rush to get completed. I would highly recommend him and his company. Before and after picture

DIFFICULT JOB - VERY PLEASED

He really cared about doing an excellent job. It took him longer than he thought, and he stuck with it and stayed until the carpets were cleaned and the entire building. We are a condominium and had him do the common. carpets in the hallways and entryways and stairs.

Jeremy did a fantastic job—so thorough and professional and precise. Used chemicals correctly. He turned my used furniture into brand new. And he’s positive and uplifting—he even opened the doors for me.

The guy did an outstanding job cleaning my home. Highly recommended!

Jeremy was punctual as well as very tidy with his equipment! The quality of work was absolutely beautiful to say the least! I would hire this pro again, I highly recommend it!
