The estimator was informative and honest. I didn't need the mudjacking like I feared I might. He told me how to help ensure I wouldn't need it in the future by re-routing a downspout to a different area. He was very ethical!

The crack leaked after the first rain in August. I called at the begining of Sept and Oct for them to repair it and they still haven't called me back. I would never recommend them to anyone. The orginal job was suppose to take one day. The workers sat around and waited for a part and I had to take anothe rday of work so they could finish.

The representative arrived promptly and was courteous as he reviewed my system. He repaired the problem and allowed the water to exit. He said I didn't need to purchase a new one probably for a few more years. He taught me to fix mine and charged me nothing. I took soms brochures from him as I have a neighbor who needs him. This was wonderful. When my sump pump needs to be changed I will contact them.

The terms of the contract were clear and they were very attentive that I should understand all the work to be done. The work was done as neatly and efficiently as I could have wanted and the crew was courteous and knowledgeable. Overall, a very good experience.

Absolutely, positively the only company I will EVER deal with for a foundation repair. We thought we needed to repair a crack in our foundation. He told us we didn't need to and explained, in detail, why. He spent time explaining foundation systems, when and why to repair, different options, everything. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. And didn't even charge us a thing. If you are not sure who to call for foundation repair, you can stop looking and call Olshan Foundation Repair.
