The Olshan salesman explained the differences in foundation repair technologies in a clear fashion. I choose Olshan because of their transferable lifetime warranty. The crew that came out to do the work did an excellent job in returning our foundation to level. The landscaping they added to keep water away from the foundation in the future looks great.

When the work got done, it was fine. Keeping us informed about what was going on when there was a no show, slacked for communications. The project completely changed when the foundation was looked at. All in all, the work was excellent. Communications between crews and management , not good. Crew were hard working. Got job done much cheaper than original estimated. Would recommend to anyone.

The "Olshan man" told me that the matter with which I was concerned was actuallly not that important and that it would remedy itself as soon as the water table dropped and the foundation had an opportunity to dry out. He was very helpful and professional. So, while I cannot rate the job, I can say that Olshan was honest and competent.

The work, once it was done, was very good and professional. The scheduling, however, was a royal pain! Granted, part of the problem was weather, starting this project in the fall. However, just getting the local Olshan office to communicate with me was very difficult. In the end though, the project is done and we are happy with our new driveway and walk.

A day before installation, Olshan called asking that the start date be postponed. Since we had scheduled major landscaping, we had to re-schedule that project. Olshan arrived as re-scheduled. The salesman had said that "some" drywall would be removed. "Some" turned out to be 4 entire walls, plus all the 2X4 framing. I nearly had a heart attack. Communication was difficult because the foreman had a heavy accent. (We had specifically requested an English-speaking foreman). Generally the work was good. The crew was here on time & cleaned up after themselves. Recommended, but make sure you know how much drywall repair will follow.

The contractor that set up the project was the reason we chose Olshan. He knew everything he was talking about and was very helpful in solving the problem. The only issues I had is they are a busy company and we had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get on the schedule.

They did a good job. I would recommend them. It took a while to get a crew to come by and finish one detail. Several weeks, in fact. I needed them to replace a concrete sink that had been moved and that weighed about 500 pounds. I am still waiting to hear from them about completing the sidewalk repair, which they estimated at the same time and had postponed for better weather.

Excellent company, enjoyed the entire crew who did very professional job. They were very careful and considerate, and took extra care to control dust. I was in garage talking with the foreman after the concrete had been poured. Next step was the fnishing or smooth, when our miniature dashund puppy found a small gap in plastic covering the doorway. Hearing my voice she walked across the freshly poured concrete to see me. I expected the foreman to say something, but all he said was to be sure and clean her paws so they did not become overdry. It was kind of funny but I knew what he was thinking and appreciated his patience.

They were definitely competitive in their cost estimate. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They "cleaned up" after themselves as well as could be expected when chipping concrete. After initial installation, a leak developed in the drain system. They were out to repair it the same day (and DID repair it) and it has been no provlem ever since. The system works beautifully. I have had NO water in my basement since the installation. I would recommend them highly to any potential customers.
