Micah,Martin and Jose did an excellent job. Not only did they stabilize the interior wall they cleaned up every bit of dirt. They were on time and finished in a day.

The crew we had today was fantastic. Their names are Lawrence, Adoris, and Melisa. They were on time and cleaned everything when they were finished. Had issues with the first crew that came.....didn't complete the job and didn't clean up the foam before they left. I still would recommend this company and would specifically ask for this crew.

WARNING: The lifetime, transferable warranty is a marketing shell game, folks. I called them about an issue with work theyd done previously on my property but since the warranty had not been transferred within 3 months of sale, they say it is void. The requirement for transfer is buried in the fine print of the contract, requires an additional $100 payment and also very conveniently offers them a big, gaping loophole. As a result, does it mean they stand behind their work? Nope!

Make sure you get in writing on your contract what the estimator says will be done. Mike was great at explaining what would be done and lining out the benefit vs cost for us. But we agreed to keep the dirt that was removed because he provided the crew would spread it on our side yard. The day of the work came and the crew said that s not their policy. Now i m stuck dealing with this big pile on my side yard, having to either rent equipment or hire someone else to spread it.

Date: Tuesday, July 18, 2017 What I think of Home Advisor Concrete Leveling Contractors: On July 18, 2017, Olshan Foundation Solutions applied the polyurethane (PolyLift) injections that Olshan's technician recommended, and said that it would be superior to mudjacking for my sidewalk and driveway. The PolyLift installation did not completely lift the sidewalk, and as a result an overlay of concrete had to be applied to level the sidewalk. The PolyLift installation to the driveway did not completely lift neither of the two concrete slaps adjacent to the garage doors that needed leveling. Rather, the installation elevated the second concrete slab (that did not need leveling and was even with the adjacent pavement) approximately 2-3 inches. To add to this, a gaping opening is next to the elevated concrete slab. The concrete slab that is elevated is hazardous as well as an eye sorer. The two men who applied the installation were polite and professional. They made sure everything was picked up before leaving. Summary: Olshan Foundation Solution did not level the concrete on the sidewalk or driveway, and caused damage requiring additional repairs to the driveway. The general manager was contacted and agreed to come to home site to discuss on Friday, July 21, 2017 between 1-1:30 pm. Hopefully, he will provide a resolution. They did come out and repaired the driveway concrete slab. As promised. However the job has not been completed because there are pieces of wood and metal that used to frame the concrete slab that need to be removed by this company. Once the job has been completed the customer will upgrade. Will upgrade to a 5 star.
