The crew was very courteous and professional. Overall we have been satisfied with the work of correcting our foundation. We were disappointed that the ground around the foundation on the outside of the house was left a mess. It would have been nice if the dirt had been put back more neatly. Just found out from our exterminator there is a deep hole in one corner under our home. We could call Olshan to come back out, but, my husband is choosing to take care of it himself.

The sales person that first met with us was very knowledgeable and explained what would be done thoroughly. We have been pleased with the job. There has been no further movement of our front porch.

The estimate was scheduled and Olshans representative was right on time. She was very thorough and her presentation was excellent. She also had very good social skills, which you don't tend to find all that often. The work was scheduled for the following week, they were prompt and did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. I was there the entire time and watched a crew of 6 men work very hard, and never seemed to get tired. Haven't had any major rains since the repairs, but from the quality of their work, I don't expect any suprise leaks. Thanks Olshan, and you have my recommendation, any time !!

This was a fairly significant residential project (about 20 piers).Overall the project went very well. I am not an easy sell, but the sales rep was great. He had a very clear understanding of, and explanation for, everything I asked. The crews were very professional, and clean-up after the project was excellent. The only downside was that more of the project was stabilization, rather than restoration, than I expected.
