Decided at 2:30 pm to find help hauling away an old dishwasher. By 4:30 the same day Olson Property Services had hailed it away.

Hired Tanner to remove leaves and fallen trees in May. Most leaves were removed, but the fallen/downed trees remain nearly 2 months later. He said hed be back the next week to remove those trees because he couldnt remove them at the initial service as hed been doing a controlled burn they were still hot. We also discussed another job of removing buck thorn, but he decided to roll the remaining downed trees into that job (saying he wouldnt charge me for it - but those were part of initial bid on 1st job!) Again, 2 months and first job incomplete. Lesson learned - dont hire him
