We were so impressed with their team, work and value, we hired them two more times to perform additional remodel work. And we will be engaging them a fourth time within the next three months.

After multiple interviews to remodel our kitchen and adjoining Den, we engaged Oltean Construction. We were very impressed by the owner. Both the experience and end product were better than what we expected. Great quality, highly professional, and at a reasonable price. The owner, Silviu Oltean, was at the project on an almost daily basis. His entire team were skilled, courteous and customer oriented. As we stretched the status quo a lot, Siviu provided some wonderful design recommendations, and solved a number of hurdles to get the look we wanted. The end product is in a word "dazzling"! We would recommend Oltean without any reservations. In fact, we plan to use Oltean again Construction on two additional projects.

Silviu was very helpful in assisting me to make some creative choices when remodeling my bathroom. The bathroom is unique and beautiful. He also put new flooring in the upstairs rooms. The work was excellent and was done within a two month period. I plan to hire Oltean Construction again.

Silviu is very detail-oriented, and professional. Outstanding work. You get what you pay for.

Mr. Oltean was a pleasure to work with. We needed some cabinets in a bathroom remodel and he gave me options to consider and helped me make the best decision for the small space we had. He even accompanied me to Lowes and helped me select the wood, etc....that I wanted for the cabinets. The project turned out great and was just what I wanted. He communicated clearly, was very professional and finished the job on time. I HIGHLY recommend him. You won't be disappointed.
