Every time iâ ve been in the customer service was perfect, they fixed my machine in half the quoted time and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Oly Tech guys really know there stuff. I had a computer that was hacked and they cleaned it and installed a better security software. Great service!!!

Before he pandemic they would make house calls and I expect that will resume when life returns to normal. I live in a gated community that does not allow outsiders at present. John did an outstanding job recovering data from my hard drive before I had to send it in for repairs. He was friendly and pofessional and he allowed me to wait while he did the work for me. I will definitely seek his help again in the future if needed.

Hans On Technology fixed my computer on an emergency basis .... on a holiday. My computer had been compromised (scammed) and needed past due upgrading which John did. I will be doing business with him in the future. John was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about computers.

Steve, the technician, was on time, friendly, and explained everything very well. It was so convenient to have Hans-On come out to our house and to not have to take our computer in to the shop. We will use Hans-On again as needed.
