They called...they came...they removed....all in about 12hours! The price was a little high for what I'm guessing took all of 15 minutes, but I'm also guessing that was the going rate for removal of a bald-faced hornets paper nest, and certainly not worth chancing my own risk of getting stung or trying to out run these guys as they had already stung my son on the neck when he was cutting the lawn. Very responsive, and gave me quick peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to worry about a passer-by/child inadvertently getting stung, as the nest was only about six feet away from my sidewalk, and only 6ft off the ground. When I found that there were still some wasps hanging around the removed nest area I called them back, and they assured me to wait a few days, and call them back if there was still an issue, which there wasn't. Would definitely use again.

residential- professional and very responsive customer service but the service person was not prepared, no trap/equipment needed, ran around the house, damaged my furniture, carpet, etc, did not perform a thorough check after finidng a chewed hole in the wall. I could have performed all of this by myself. I'm very disappointed and will not use this service again.

Also, at the time I did not realize that I had used them once before - about 15 years ago at a different location to remove the Baldfaced hornets at that time. I am 100% satisfied with Olympic Exterminators. My request for service (wasp nest removal) was met with a quick phone call response by the owner of the company. Even though I spoke to him late in the day, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Dave,arrived within the timeframe indicated by the owner. Dave was personable, professional, knowledgeable and effective. Also, I requested he take a look around the perimeter of my home to ensure there were no additional nests. He spotted a small one on a back garden shed and removed it at no extra charge. AWESOME!

They contacted me very quickly and schedule the appointment the same day. The service man was friendly and very polite. I was worried mostly for my indoor-outdoor cat and he told me patiently how this work and what should be avoided. I had to call them one more time and they schedule the appointment pretty soon and the problem (the ant colonies) got fixed.

Came to look at the ant problem the same day I called . Came back in 2 days and sprayed, ant tapered off to a trickle in about a .week and now I don"t see any. I would recommend this contractor again, I am pleased with the results
