Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
I needed a strict time range each week to have our pool cleaned and maintained. Loren was able to keep that timeframe each week and so we are not so happy to have him here to help us with our pool. He works with us to communicate when chemicals are added as we have 2 dogs who swim daily and drink the water (it is a saltwater pool). This communication was missing with our last pool professional. If you refer them you get your a month free which is really nice and shows customer appreciation. Also, your second month with this company is free which we really appreciate right now with how expensive everything is right now. Lastly, our pool has never looked so clean and we can now see those pretty prisms when the sun shines on the water like diamonds which we have not seen in the last 4 years! Very happy! And I am not easy to please lol

At Olympic Medal Pool, we are guaranteed professional technicians who always respond to our every pool need. Great customer service.....always on time......they always give precise instructions about what they are doing and if there are any pool challenges, along with estimated costs if necessary. They started with a pool that had been neglected for over a year and turned it into a beautiful pool.....the best pool service....at the right price, too! Love Olympic Medal Pools!

Horrible service! Our pool drain was green. We asked them to clean it and they broke it. They want us to pay for what they broke ($125). In addition they replaced it with a cheap one that is NOT anti-entrapment like the one they broke. We had paid them 3 mos. in advance and they took our money to pay for the drain that they broke and refuse to service our pool!
Response from Olympic Medal Pools, LLC
"Thank you for your review. please understand. Your main drain was over 5 years old and was initially installed improperly. We had our service tech brush the drain and it broke, yes. Once we saw that sheet metal screws were used to install it then we would not cover this. We had our repair tech come out, remove the old debris and install an anti-entrapment main drain with stainless steel hardware. We then went as far as to contact the distributor and get you the certificate of compliance to show that it IS INDEED child safe. Not a cheap model, and not a downgrade. Actually an Upgrade now that is installed properly. The previous drain was much more..."

Olympic Medal Pools is the ONLY company I have used, and there have been many, that shows up every single week, rain or shine, is always pleasant and friendly, always remembers to text me before arrival so I can be sure all my dogs are inside when he arrives, always remembers to close the gate so they can't get out, always does a great job-my pool has never looked so good, tries to fix before replacing parts and does so at a very fair price. I highly recommend them without any reservations.
