Olympic Remodel

Bill and his team made this project so much easier than I thought it would be. We had a kitchen remodel that included a new floor plan. Bill clearly communicated what to expect before we began, so that we were all on the same page. They showed up on time and were always ready to work right away. They helped me brainstorm ideas when I was stuck and helped pick out the perfect backsplash. The thing I love is that if there was anything that would change the expected budget for the project, we talked about it first. That was so important to us. The team was always the same people, and they were all so friendly. We have gotten so many compliments on our new kitchen, and I am definitely planning to use them again!

Bill is very friendly, conscientious and his quality of work is superb. He even washed my floors at the end of each day! Very easy to work with and talk to. We are having him come back for more projects.

We had a terrible experience and our bathroom is only 1/2 way done after 6 weeks. Our heated floor was unevenly laid. our tiles were fractured, our grouting was poorly done/ leaking all over the new floors/ cabinets were put in crooked and everything will need to pulled up and replaced. It is a shame. Also his work was sloppy, he cut tile on our front porch/ with no barriers to protect our floors or furniture. We still have stains from tile nd grout cement on our porch and floors. I agree he started out quite nice but when we came home from vacation and he said everything would be ready. It was a total disaster. When we brought up problems, Bill became very defensive and verbally abusive, threatening to hit my husband. We had paid him $10,000 and the total project was to be $18,000. This was not even including the cabinets we purchased for 5K/ He never installed a shower door or prepared the cabinets for the quartz counter. Bill told us from the beginning that if we were not happy about his work we did not owe him a penny, at the end he told him I will sue you for every cent Because of Bill I can never trust any one from Home advisor anymore. I would not recommend anyone using Bill or Home advisor for that matter. Home advisor has not been helpful is resolving issues.

Bill did a great job on our bathroom project. He was professional, flexible, on time, and was very patient with my lack of preparation. We will definitely use him again and would recommend him to family and friends.

Bill and his team are excellent! Bill listened to what we wanted and delivered! We are still amazed by how beautiful our two bathrooms look. Bill is an extremely patient man who accommodated us with our specific needs. And Bill went above and beyond to satisfy our ridiculously picky mother's bathroom wants. We got quotes from two other contractors and Olympic remodel was the most reasonably priced. We have been recommending them to friends and family.

We love working with Bill and Jack. They gave us a beautiful new remodeled master bedroom and bathroom that was a LOT of custom design work and they did it beautifully. They were true to their word and not surprise costs! Love these guys!!

We hired Bill to remodel our weird, outdated 1940/60s bathroom, and he did a wonderful job. He is a true craftsman with experience and skill. He put up with our weird design choices and happily corrected any issues that we noticed. Pricing was upfront and very fair. Bill is an honest guy and has good jokes. Bill had great ideas that other contractors did not even suggest. He kept us up to date on the progress and did a great job on our bathroom remodel project. From the first moment we met them, we were confident they were the guys to get our one bathroom remodeled professionally and efficiently. They were timely and punctual throughout the process. A complete remodel is a big job, yet Bill made the process relaxing and fun with his easy going and can-do attitude. He was very helpful giving us options throughout the product shopping phase, from tiles to vanities, you name it, he has his connections to find something for any taste. The experience and attention to detail is apparent in the final product. These contractors know their stuff, and are creative and quick to improvise as well. At one point there was a significant self induced setback, but Bill put us at ease by taking care of our redesign quickly. They genuinely care about the quality of their work, right down to the cleanup. Jack was very generous with favors while we were out of town by watering our plants, putting deliveries inside the house and putting covers on our hose bibs when we had an unexpected freeze in the area. Bill Stevens the owner and his employees were all great to work with and very professional. Mr. Stevens helped me complete a total basement bathroom remodel from concrete walls and floor along with rafters in the ceiling to a complete and beautiful bathroom. The final product was wonderful, I get compliments on it all the time. Not just a workman he was a bit of an artisan. Very good a communicating with me. Incredibly honest workman as well.
