Espinoza's Stucco, Plaster & Drywall

The project was a house built in 1950 being re-stucco'ed for the first time since being built. Could not continue to just repaint because the painted surface was in such bad shape. Espinoza did a very good job with the actual stucco work. They started the work when they said they would and they showed up each day from the day the work started until the stucco work was finished. Took about 1 day to glue on all the corner beads, and took two days to apply the stucco. The stucco was thick and the finish turned out smooth as we had requested. I am writing this literally a day after they completed the work so I cannot comment on the longevity, but we are satisfied with the appearance. However, you need to make sure that every single detail is captured in the contract no matter what you think was agreed to or you will have conflicts. Break down anything that is to be removed from the walls and anything / everything that needs to be put back on the walls in the contract. Do not assume that anything was understood to be included in the work if it is not EXPLICITELY in the contract. Also, you need to make sure that the contract reflects that they will do a very thorough clean up after the work is done. The punchlist completion / cleanup initially was not good, but after some disagreement with the owner Omar, they eventually did a very good cleanup that exceeded our initial expectations. Jefferson, one of the partners at Espinoza, was instrumental in making sure we were ultimately satisfied with the punchlist completion and for that we were very thankful. We would recommend Espinoza and we would use them again.

We had an unfinished stucco issue for more than 18 months. We could not find anyone who knew how to tackle this job. Finally we found Omar through Angi's list. He gave us a fair price, showed up on time and we were absolutely amazed by how good the final result was. We have hired him to do some drywall work in our garage next month. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Omar, the owner, was wonderful. He and his crew worked tirelessly and hard to get my house re-stuccoed in a very timely manner. His pricing is fair, the crew friendly and on time. Plus, he does beautiful work. His work is so good that he has picked up several other jobs from people driving by and seeing the work he is doing. I can't say enough!
