    They were very expensive, IMO, but he said it would take about 3 weeks and he came every week, and the squirrels are gone and my attic and under the house are sealed.

    Overall they did a good job. There was some miscommunication that I cannot blame them for (the original quote was done by someone who had to leave for a family emergency, so the lead guy was switched mid-job). The only reason it is not a 5 across the board is that the original quoter promised me a service they apparently don't usually do. So I felt like I had to repeatedly ask for that service to be done right. On the last day I called the manager about it. They ended up holding up their end of it, and the exclusion work and trapping seemed to have done its job. Nothing ended up being found in the attic but I'm happy with the exclusion work, and one rat was eventually caught in the garage after the exclusion work (I found evidence of it, called them, and they came out and set traps and collected it.
