    I have never worked with such an unprofessional contractor. They were assigned by my home warranty. Paid them $125 deductible. They came to the house saw that the motor, springs, coils and door frame needed fixed. They explained that perhaps not everything would be covered by warranty but that they would write up the job and let me know. Two weeks later they call to schedule the installation. I specifically ask if the whole job is covered they say yes. Technician shows up today and says they can only replace the motor. They don't fix springs. I ask for the case to be escalated to a manager. Technician says he is the Regional District Manager but needs to get an authorization which cant be done until Monday because the home warranty does not approve authorizations over the weekend. I explain that is not true because they did one last month on a Sunday. Then claims he doesnt know the details of my warranty. Refuses to give me his business card, write his details on company letterhead nor write it on a piece of paper. Dont hire them. Two months from when the claim was opened. I now have to start from scratch.

    Was able to explain and solve all the problems with the work. Arrived on time, very professional and polite. This company is very different from other companies trying to do my work. When dealing with an HOA, many requirements are asked from the contractor. Omega Electric was able to win over the board with all paper work intact. Thanks again!!!!!

    Purchased a new house, went through my warranty, and was assigned this company to service my home. I was told I would need to pay $200 deductible before someone even came to our home I told them what the problem is with my garage door. They did not say anything about if they can or not fix it. So I paid $200 and let a gentleman come to take some pictures. After 5 days I got an email from the warranty company the broken springs are not covered. Even though I still need to repair my door. So I call this Omega again. But they said they cannot fix it! What easy money! Several pictures cost me $200. If you do not have that specialized skills and can not do it, why you send your man? At Last, the warranty company helps me contact Omega, and they said I can get a $75 refund. Almost two months later, I finally got a refund after calling them at least 5 times! I will not be using or recommending them to anyone. By the way, I contacted another company to fix my garage door. They came and repaired on the same day, only charged me $175 in total.

    Added on $700 to initial estimate, when I called to scale down the project, they stopped returning my calls.

    Hi Darryl, Our office have been trying to contact you for weeks leaving you multiple recorded voicemails on your phone. Our calls are recorded and we have all the days and times we have left you messages to schedule another appointment for us to come back out. The reason for your added on expense is because on your first estimate is stated that we had to troubleshoot to find the cause of issue and that's what you requested, now that we found the problem that is the cost to get those things fixed. You paid for troubleshooting cost for those things at the time you where made completely aware of this and it clearly states in your invoice which you have a copy of and what you have agreed too, I apologize if you misunderstood. We would never not call our customers back, I am not sure when you called because we have no messages from you and theirs usually always someone in the office except for weekends and like I stated previously we have been trying to contact you for 2 weeks leaving multiple messages. Please return our call at 610-472-2262 so we can get this resolved thank you!

    Omega Electric told me they would be at my house between 9 -12. Mike arrived at 10. He was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Mike explained to my husband exactly what needed to be done. It is very rare to find a company that hires trustworthy people who know what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Omega Electric and need to look no further. I am so grateful that my warranty company sent Omega Electric to my house.

    Absolutely incredible service!! The electrician came to my house in a quick matter and ended up saving me over $3,500! Other "professionals" were quick to jump to a high cost solution, Omega actually found the true cause of the problem and remedied the issue in less than 30 minutes!
