Omega Electric, Inc.

My experience was great with them!..From Lisa in the office who was friendly, helpful & kind to Luis & his partner who came on time..serviced!.. my wiring and got my hot water back!..

The young men who added my dedicated line were wonderful: communicative and professional. Could not be happier.

They were on time, courteous, customer oriented and went above and beyond!

they were great, found the problem and fixed it the same day

Anthony and Desmond were extremely friendly, professional and made sure I knew what was going on all through the repairs. Bravo!

Omega Electric told me they would be at my house between 9 -12. Mike arrived at 10. He was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Mike explained to my husband exactly what needed to be done. It is very rare to find a company that hires trustworthy people who know what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Omega Electric and need to look no further. I am so grateful that my warranty company sent Omega Electric to my house.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service.

Absolutely incredible service!! The electrician came to my house in a quick matter and ended up saving me over $3,500! Other "professionals" were quick to jump to a high cost solution, Omega actually found the true cause of the problem and remedied the issue in less than 30 minutes!

They called to see if they could come earlier. They were there on time. Didn't take long to fine out the problem. They did a great job quickly.

They did a good job and was fair.

Anthony the tech that did our work was fabulous. If I need any additional electrical work completed I definitely would call them again! ???

Hired Omega to run power from my home to my barn (200 feet distance). They installed an 60 Amp service to barn, installed 7 GFI outlets, and interior lighting. On the exterior a floodlight and lamp post were added. Work crew (Rob, Mike, and Nate) were punctual, efficient, and hard working during the two day job. I am pleased with the results and overall it was a trouble free transaction accomplished in a professional manner.

They were prompt and worked in a timely manner. Cleaned up everything. Did a fine job.

They were very professional and accommodating. Kept the house clean despite the rain and muddy conditions. Did a nice job of restoring the sod after digging a trench.

I had a outlet installed for a dryer, and the job went great, quick, on time, and very efficient. Just a great job all around. Keep up the good work.I will go back to Omega Electric, Inc.for future projects.

The gentlemen were very nice and are very informative about there job. If they see something not right they will inform the consumer so you can take care of the matter.

Electrician was very knowledgeable and located the problem. Also suggested replacing some circuit breakers in the future.

They were able to determine why my ceiling fan and outlets in the kitchen were not working.

Showed up on time and were very professional. They were able to quickly determine the reason my new garbage disposal was tripping the circuit breaker and resolve the issue.

Wayne has good customer service skills. He is experienced and does great work. He was here as promised which is rare these days. I would would hire him again and recommend him.

.

Quote was 2nd lowest of the bids I received. Work was done as promised. Still waiting for timer installation, but that is minor. Worked with me in regards to me doing trenching rather than paying for him to do it - saved me a lot of money for a little sweat!

Great team and great service
