The original installation had to be postponed due to an absent employee. On the day, installation was rescheduled, David and crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, did a beautiful job with great detail work, and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use Omega Floors again. In fact, I can't wait to do more.

"WOW" just doesn't say enough. We were in good hands with David and his crew. Beautiful job replacing the hardwood in our kitchen, dining area, bar, living room and hall. Beautiful. We are amazed at the attention to detail! We were on vacation and the job was done in our absence.

The workers were very professional. The troubleshot all the floor squeeks, and eliminated them. They troubleshot the other quirks in the floor, and too care of those, too. The included replacement of the floorboards in their pricing and it looks lovely.

They did a great job on the kitchen tile, too! Very neat. Fixed any problems with tile and did a great job refinishing the floor.

David worked with us and our difficult schedule. He helped us out when we found some unexpected problems. This is a man with great knowledge and integrity. We'll definitely have him do other jobs for us.

David and his crew did a fantastic job. I have additional work in the spring and I will be hiring David again.

David saved my life. Moving to Concord from another city I was on a tight timetable with the movers and thanks to his good work the floors were ready on time. He also repaired and repainted two bedrooms, and we now have plans to redo one of the bathrooms and put tile on the kitchen floor. He's the best!

I hired David to demo my old floors , remove popcorn ceiling and remove and repair rock wall around fireplace. They were very efficient and quick. They did a great job. I am not yet ready for new floors but will call them when I am.

David the owner was extremely helpful. He's very hands on with his projects so he can manage quality control. I think that shows a lot of integrity. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He introduced me to a new hardwood finish on the market, and it's very chic and looks fabulous once installed. His crew was hardworking and courteous. I'm so glad to have discovered Omega Flooring and plan to use them again for another project.

He did an excellent job. He was right on top of it and called within 2 minutes of my putting in the description. He came right out that day and brought samples. His prices were right in line with my budget. His quote was inclusive of heavy, thicker padding. His team was prompt, did precise work. They did a fantastic job. Everything worked out great. We are considering work at our 2nd home and will use him.

We had carpet and base board installed by David's teams. Carpet was done by Lumber Lq. people(by uniform) and was OK, Some corner and edger you can feel the nails underneath, a couple of corner that carpet had to push down so much to collect the dust later, but it's call covered up. :( They don't care whether the floor is uneven... Installers were upset when I pointed out some areas to them. Luckily, base board was done by the other two guys, and it's perfectly nice and neat. David and the lady in the shop was nice, friendly to work with, they earned 5* customer service.

David was the best at fairness, professionalism, and he gave me the best products and installation for the least money. Omega is the only flooring store in the east Bay Area I would highly recommend to all friends and family!!! Thank you David!!!
