Make sure if doors are involved he takes the measurments while he is looking at the job instead of the day of installment. Keep him communicated with you at all times via emails. And in our case we had to have doors and trim painted. Make sure doors are completed painted instead of him getting meaurements on the date we had scheduled to have them installed. He didn't chalk the top of one door so trim is bouncey when we move it with our hands.
