The floors and carpets came clean as hoped, however we were doing a move-out cleaning, and the marks left on the walls by the hoses and machines practically negated the floor cleaning. We had to go back into the house (over floors that were still drying) in order to clean off all the marks on the walls. Nice guys, though, and they were timely and efficient otherwise.
