Thhis appraisor showed up 45 minutes late for appointment. Not a good Start. He was in and out of home in about 15 minutes and in my opionion did a very sloppy/hurried job. When I recieved the appriasal, the photos included were not even my home. he dis send corrected photos later after I called him. I woul Very poor job overall.

Did not complete appraisal as promised. In fact I'm still waiting even tho he was called on Friday. Would not recommend him to anyone. If he wasn't able to do the appraisal in a timely matter he should have said so. I would have gotten someone else.
