Update: we hired Omni Group. They did a good job for 2 mowings then no show. Did not return calls or texts. Came after 10 days and mowed. We contracted for weekly service. Then did not come for nearly a month. No communication which I find unprofessional. Received a text yesterday telling me would be out to mow. No explanation for being MIA. No apology. Told them we made other arrangements. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Very disappointed. Joe called right away after I entered my request. I wanted to talk to a real person as we have new sod with special requirements. He answered all my questions and stopped by to view the property. He gave a reasonable quote and came at the planned time. A professional and neat job. He will be coming back weekly to maintain our yard. I strongly recommend Omni Management Group.
