"The client suffers from a slight memory lost. Their contract was for a small hex stair case setting for $1500.00. The individual insisted that she wanted the wider than what was estimated. Bryan, did as asked and explained this would cost more. She insisted that he has to charge her the same price on her unsigned contract. Beginning the nice guy that he is he just figured she didn't have the means for the job. Those steps that was estimated the contract $1500.00 but, the steps she insisted on having is. from 4- $6,000.00. I never authorized this profit loss! But Bryan was willing to do you a favor and work for you ."
"Yes, I believe this was unfortunate that when a person refuse to pay change order cost. When My guys finished the contracted job in a weeks time. Bryan discovered another issue and then presented to Mr. H.[Consumer name withheld at their request] in which it required a second trip to his property. Bryan stated that he would help him on the pricing, ( discounted price)bc it was more work and he didn't add it to the original pricing. However, the work was finished and I contacted him for payment $1475.00 at a discounted price the original price is$ 2700 plus. tax..which again this would be considered as change order to the original contract and"
