Very prompt and customer service oriented. We agreed that our system was old (R22) and needed to be replaced. Replaced system two days later ($6K); however, two days later the system is still not cooling properly. They came out once and said it needed 1/2 lb of Freon. That still did not fix the problem - 85 degrees upstairs. Currently waiting for them to come out again and attempt to fix the problem.

Technician Bruce called when he was on his way and arrived at the appointment time. Job was completed in a timely manner. Drained old heater and removed. Cleaned up all trash and took with him. I am new to the area and it is hard to find quality service companies. I will use On call again if the need arises.
