I had a break in. copper pipes to plumbing and boiler was stolen. I had no heat or water. I was dealing with Mike and Dave. Mike was pleasant and explained things. Dave likewise explained things. the piping for the plumbing was done in a timely manner. the boiler however took little longer because parts had to be ordered. in the long run Mike and Dave are good at what they do. the weather didn't help matters. they stayed on it. overall I am satisfied.

David Hamilton was a true professional and was great to work with. Tree roots caused a major problem for me. Happy to say I now have full drainage again thanks to on-call plumbing

I didn't like the idea I was told one price for the hot water faucet and another price for the cold and I really didn't have the money for this. I would have gotten one a time!

Jason was awesome! We had two burst pipes from the recent weather and before we could even begin to sort through the damage, we needed the pipes repaired so we could have water in the house. Jason was there within an hour of our calling and was kind and courteous and helpful (just what we needed on a stressful day). We will gladly call again for any future plumbing work.

Great customer service and excellent work. Responded quickly even thought weather was severe. 5 degrees with windchill negative 20. Mike was courteous and professional on the phone to set up appointment. Jason did great work and was very professional. Explained the work he did and answered all my questions. Will definitely use them again and will recommend On Call Plumbing to others.

Exceptional! Quick to repond and personable. Addressed problems with an open mind, pursuing solutions to a complicated problem. Stuck to it even in the freezing temperatures. Worked with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Will certainly call them again and refer others to them.

Professonal /courtious/knowledge of professon/special effort made to not track dirt into house. (wore cover over shoes) All around great effort to take care of my problem. Very satisfied with this with with On Call.

I needed a frost proof hydrant repaired. Most plumbers contacted didn't know what I was talking about or exactly how to proceed. Jason was very familiar and gave me a couple alternatives depending on what was causing the leak. The only problem that I had is on the originally scheduled date, I was called 20 min before the job was to start and told the parts had not come in. It then took another two weeks before the parts arrived and the job was scheduled. The work was done professionally and the area was cleaned up well. I had a clog to my basement utility drain that services the washer. Sunday's are time to do laundry for the week, and that's when we discovered the problem. Found Home Advisor on-line and they had 3 plumbers calling me. Drain Guru was able to come same day so I had clean clothes for the week!

The called and could come earlier than scheduled which was great. He surveyed the work to be done, call with an estimate and we okayed the work to be done that day. He did a great job and we will definitely use them for future projects.

Office staff were very responsive, calling back within an hour, even over lunch, and scheduling next-day (non-emergency) service on a Saturday to fit my schedule. Plumbing tech was delayed a few hours, but their office phoned ahead to notify me. Tech gave a quote that wasn't as competitive, but amicably negotiated a reasonable price. Surprised the tech didn't have the necessary part in his truck, but he ran out and picked it up immediately. Two days since then, everything still seems to be working safely.

I will certainly call back when I am ready to start other projects..

These folks were terrific. After having some concrete work done, I had a driveway drain that was suddenly not draining. After not being able to get in touch with the concrete contractor, I hired Drain Guru to chase down the problem. It was determined that the drain was not tied-in. Drain Guru completed that work and cleared the gutter drain as well. They were honest and affordable. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Dave was friendly and explained everything clearly to me. He was willing to work within the the tight timelines of my project and my busy schedule. I have already recommended him to several friends.

They installed and new toilet seat and some marks on the procelein were left which I did not discover until after they were gone, but they came back and took care of them with no problem.

One of the toilets was still leaking slightly. They did return and place a more durable part on the toilet. Very courteous during this repair.

Jason and Chris the owners were in contact with me as soon as I finished submitting my information on line to Home Advisor. They are a relatively new company, but these guys and their employees have talent!!! The workers new what a frustrating situation this was since we had no use of our facilities. They worked late to get us up and running and came back the next day to finish the job. I would highly recommend using Drain Guru to anyone !

Service tech stayed well into the night to make sure job was done in a timely & professional manner with quality work with a whole hous re-piping to fix several gas leaks in the old piping

I had an emergency main sewer line break and I discovered it late one Friday night. Not may plumbers are working Saturday morning but Jason was. He came right out and camera snaked it to determine my issue. Super nice guy and was very professional.
